WE love the Mother's Beach house. It is a perfect setting for our extended family with the adjacent beach and playground and quick access to all of the greater Kennebunk area.

The house was amazing. The only thing I would suggest would be to paint or update the chairs outside. Our stay for the week was incredible and truthfully it was hard to leave. Thank you

Our family all gathered together in this beautiful home and we had an incredible birthday celebration for my husband. Kennybunkport is a very special place and we thank you for opening up your beautiful home to us.

This home is perfect for a number of people to gather. The bedrooms are large and very clean. The pool and back yard are perfect for families. The location is perfect to walk downtown. We had a fabulous weekend.

Jamie was a delight to work with throughout the rental process. He answered any and all questions and made sure our stay enjoyable!

Staying at the house was an incredible experience! Everything about the Mothers Beach House was exceptional. Plenty of space, a great location, and all of the amenities! It was such a joy to stay at this home! Very welcoming and the rental process was quite easy.

Jamie was kind, helpful and responsive. While we barely needed his services given the informative guidebook and other information we received, he checked in and was clearly willing to help if needed.

The property was beautiful and in a perfect location. My daughter never left the very well heated pool and we all already miss walking to just about everything! Missing dock square already!

Mystic Landing is beautiful and has EVERYTHING you need for a wonderful week! They thought of it all from beach passes, beach chairs and beach towels to a fully stocked kitchen and plenty of towels! We were thrilled to bring our golden doodle!

Well appointed house that perfectly accomodated a multi-generational family of 9. Great location very close to Mother's beach. Kitchen is very well equipped. We had a great family vacation.

Jaimie couldnt have been more helpful and responsive to our needs. However, the home was so perfect, we really didnt need much help. When the grill ran out of propane, Jaime came right away.

We had a really good time. The location can't be beat. The house is quite large and worked really well for our multigenerational party of 7 adults and 5 kids. It was great having the pool and the outdoor eating area. And the library across the street is a bonus ( as is Ben and Jerry's around the corner and Big Daddy's ice cream 2 minutes walk away!)Gooch's Beach is a good one close by and we had no difficulty parking when we didn't feel like walking. Wonderful vacation!

It would have been very helpful to have a listing of what was included in the house before the day before I left (for packing and shopping reasons). To know that the house has beach towels and a fully equipped kitchen would have lightened our packing. Beach umbrella? Beach chairs? Spices?

Instructions regarding check in and check out were clear and helpful. All contacts with team were positive, helpful and timely.

Appliances, house and grounds were clean and comfortable. House layout provided great family gathering points as well as privacy for quiet times. Thank you! WHH III :0)
