Outside the home is a oceanside oasis with private dock. The outdoor patio provides for outdoor seating with amazing sunset views!  The private dock is yours to swim, launch kayaks or stand up paddle boards.  Walk across the parking the street Mother's Beach and/or enroll your children in KBIA for your stay!  Parking for up to four cars.
