Q: What amenities do the homes have?

A: Unlike many of our competitors all of our homes are fully furnished with linens, towels, and fully equipped kitchens with pots, pans, dishes, utensils, and glassware to accommodate the number of guests the home can sleep.  Beach towels are not supplied.  You can rent beach towels on a weekly basis from KPT Luxury Properties.

Q: What is included with the rental price?

A: All of our guests can expect a locally sourced welcome basket, designer starter bathroom kit which has soap, shampoo, and lotion. Most of our homes have a washer and dryer, in which case you will be provided with up to four laundry pods/tabs.  Homes with a dishwasher will have up to four dishwasher detergent tabs or powder detergent. It is important to point out that many of our rentals include not only the change over cleaning but also a midweek cleaning for rentals that are seven days or more.

Q: What is expected on the day that we depart?

A: We expect all of our guests to leave the homes in good condition and depart no later than the agree upon departure time.  Our team has a short window to turn around the home before the next guests arrive.  We expect all dishes to be washed and put back in their proper place.  Trash is to be collected and placed in the trash bins outside the home.

Q: What does the security deposit cover

A: We require a security deposit for all of our homes.  We require this to ensure that if any damage is done by any guest, the homeowner will be reimbursed for the cost to fix the damage.  We also offer our guests the opportunity to purchase a property damage protection policy which helps protect the guests in case of accidental damage.  Any portion of the cost to fix the damage that is not covered under the policy will be the responsibility of the guest to reimburse the owner for the damage.

Q: Do your homes rent year round?

A: Some of our homes are available for long-term periods.  Some may only be available during certain seasons or periods of the year.

Q: As a homeowner do you limit our use?

A: We do not restrict owner usage.  We encourage our owners to use their home.  That is why you purchased it.
